"Belief "IN" Jesus, taken to it's true intent BY Jesus, will bring one to the truth that...The "Christ" is NOT one man named Jesus. The "Christ" is every man, fully awakened and alive."
To which one person responded to her as follows:
I really can't understand you! Are you in the New age movement? Please I'm being honest not rough? Sorry in case I offend you!
I responded with this:
Using the word CHRIST because so many do think that was his last name seems to confuse people in the church a lot because they don't understand the concept of Spirit Anointment. The very word CHRIST means "anointed one" and Christian means "anointed ones" yet if you say I and CHRIST are One or the same life that was in him is in me. that just totally blows their minds. yet they call themselves Anointed One's... go figure.
All this is due to some very impoverished and crap teaching especially in western Christianity.
"God became Son of Man (human) so that we would realize we ARE SON OF GOD."
Jesus was fully human not half man and half a supernatural god.
He was fully human relying on, listening to the Spirit of all life in him even as we can do if we but listen and realize our lives are the same as his," the CHRIST anointment ," ie; the holy Spirit (God, Father, Source) in which he lived by and through is no different then the same one in our lives as well.
As another friend wrote as well, is important to recall:The culmination of Christ's work was not the cross. It's our own rebirth, when we awaken to that same divine presence within, in the manner and likeness revealed by Jesus. The old (self) passes away and our New life begins.
As some of us call Pure Consciousness.
Atypically, Orthodox Christianity, says that Christian means someone who follows Christ.
Sorry, they have it ALL WRONG... and this ignorance has led to the most powerless bunch of individuals, the church, because they have defined to "follow Christ" as to follow him into man's legalism and man's ideas of what is justice.
Fine, be a follower, but if you do, then one must truly follow everything about his WAY of LIFE which was, non-violent, non-retributive always, ever merciful, always compassionate, who was always about his concern for people. especially the disenfranchised by religion and the political systems. and he had little concern for man's rules, or moralism that led to being like the Pharisees.
Taking the two combined, The Truth, that I and my Father are One, BY THE SPIRIT as well, just as Jesus was, then combining, his life as he lived it, means that my life will not be about judging and condemning others, but will be a life that is full of mercy and compassion, and who forgives and loves those who act as your enemy even to the point of loving those who would have you killed.
Wake up... Christianity has been in the pits, ever since, it became an Institution rather then an Organism of The Creators, passionate, compassionate enjoining itself to all that is Created, and especially that one little creature, called humanity... if your going to have a god, you best realize that GOD IS LOVE... and not everything else that men of made of the One who holds all things together even now..
Don't get me wrong, there have been many like myself that have rose up and are even now, saying the very same thing.. but church history should clearly show what was done with them and too them every single time.. Jesus being the first.... that religion and politics (the violence of men) MURDERED....and many have followed since....
IT IS THE NARROW WAY, my dear friends and family...
